Pullover
Body and sleeves are worked in the round. They are then joined at the underarm to work the yoke in the round. Round begins at left side of body. On yoke, round begins on the left side of back at the joining of body and sleeve. Note that the rib at the neckline is not the same as the rib at the bottom of the garment or on the end of the sleeves.

Cardigan
Body and sleeves are worked in the round. They are then joined at the underarm to work the yoke in the round. Round begins and ends with a p st for the steek (cut opening) at front of body. The purled stitches are sewn over with a sewing machine before the front is cut open for borders. Note that the rib at the neckline is not the same as the rib at the bottom of the garment or on the end of the sleeves.
