Description
The pattern is called "Fiðrildaslóð". It's an Icelandic term that translates to "butterfly path" in English. It combines "fiðrildi," meaning "butterfly," with "slóð," meaning "path" or "trail." The term evokes an image of a path or trail associated with butterflies, often used metaphorically or poetically.
This pattern comes in a blue and red cardigan version and is crafted from Icelandic Léttlopi yarn made by Ístex in Iceland.
